Reminder! The Carnival Information Meeting is tomorrow, March 2 at 8 am in the Patton Cafeteria and at 5:30 pm at Doc’s Backyard (5207 Brodie Ln).
Room parents and anyone interested in helping plan the biggest event of the year is welcome! Areas of need are:
- Picking up donations from local businesses
- Making signs for booths
- Assembling games
- Making decorations
- Advertising to local businesses
- Setting up the silent auction
- Donation drop-off (AM and PM)
- General set-up and clean-up
